comment field added to magazine listings

I added a comment feature to the database of publishers. If you've had interactions with a certain market and would like to provide advice or something, you can now look up the market in our system, and add your statement. The comment field appears at the bottom of each market listing.

The comment system is not built to handle big lengthy text -- no formatting options are available, everything appears as a single paragraph.
